For corporate clients or individual clients able to commit to having a fixed housekeeping schedule without “holidays”, we are able to offer lower per-service rates than our Regular Housekeeper Service. This is ideal for clients requiring an unfluctuating invoice each month.

This Fixed System allows you to have a fixed price each month at a lower per service rate compared to our Regular Housekeeping Service rates. Please take a look at the table below for pricing information and feel free to ask your coordinator for more details.

* For more frequent services, please ask for details

* All prices include transportation and consumption tax

* The total weekly price is multiplied by a factor of 4.35 to derive the monthly price

* The schedule may be changed within a calendar month (subject to the housekeeper's availability), though unused hours may not be accumulated and carried over from month to month

* It is not possible to “skip” services and reduce the service fee. For this flexibility, please use the Regular Housekeeper Service

* Since prices are calculated over a yearly basis, it is not possible to switch to the Regular Housekeeper Service within 12 months of starting the Fixed Monthly Housekeeping service

 Monday to Saturday 9am – 6pm.
