* All prices include the provision of necessary machines, tools and materials.
* All House Cleaning-pro services are subject to a minimum charge of ¥15,000.
* All prices quoted are inclusive of 5% consumption tax.
Service Hours & Cancellation Policy
Monday to Saturday 9am – 6pm.
Services outside of these hours may be possible. Please ask your coordinator for details.
Cancellation Policy (from April 1, 2012)
* For cancellations made on the day before the scheduled service (this applies after 6pm 2 business days before service), 60% of the quoted service fee will be charged.
* For cancellations made on the day of the scheduled service (this applies after 6pm of previous business day), 80% of the quoted service fee will be charged.
* For Monday services, cancellation charge will be applicable after 6pm on the Thursday before.
* For any National Holiday service or the day after the Holiday, a cancellation charge will be applicable after 6pm on 2 business days prior to the service date.
