Regular Cleaning incorporates the cleaning of the high-use areas of your home, keeping it well maintained and in good condition. As an alternative to a maid service, this is ideal for households looking for a standardized cleaning service by a team of pro-cleaners completing the work in a shorter space of time. Based on an assessment of your home, we will work out a tailored regular cleaning package. Pricing below is indicative and may vary depending on the actual size and condition of your home, and other special requirements you may have.

Mizumawari Package: From ￥20,000 per time
“Mizumawari” in Japanese means “The water areas”. We will clean exactly that…the watery areas of your home which are most susceptible to mold, bacteria and dirt.

Monthly Omakase: ￥20,000/month
Omakase in Japanese means “Leave it to us”. Every month we will offer 6 man hours of service for a cracking price of ¥20,000. You let us decide the areas to be cleaned, or tell us your preferences and we will send our House Cleaning-pro team to take care of that special cleaning. This service is designed to accompany our Regular Housekeeper Service, and you can select any item(s) from our House Cleaning-pro menu.
