Pre-Inspection Cleaning(For Tenants)
The pre-inspection cleaning is intended to put your apartment to a cleaner, more attractive condition, prior to the move-out inspection by the landlord. This service is a great way for you to demonstrate to your owner that you have cleaned your home!
We will focus the cleaning on the high-use easy-to-notice areas and can incorporate minor repairs where necessary. We will also respond to any special requests you may have.
Please note this service is charged on a time-basis and is not intended to restore the home to its best condition prior to a new tenant moving in. One thing you can be sure of is that the difference will be noticeable…to you and the landlord!
