Service Flow

1. Initial Contact

Contact a Chez Vous consultant to discuss your requirements and to find out how Chez Vous' Placement Service can work for you.

To begin the process of matching suitable candidates, you would need to complete the FULL-TIME PLACEMENT REQUEST FORM. This also includes the CONSULTING AGREEMENT between you and Chez Vous.

2. Hearing and Consultation

Upon discussing your requirements in greater detail, either in a face-to-face meeting or over the phone, your consultant will begin the sourcing and matching of suitable candidates.

3. Candidate Introduction and Interviews

We will introduce the basic profiles of candidates for you to interview. In order to cover the costs of matching, communicating and interviewing, Chez Vous reserves the right to charge a discretionary Interview Fee of ¥5,250 per interview. This may be the case should you employ a candidate from a source other than Chez Vous, and/or you change your selection criteria from those originally included on the Request Form.

4. Trials

If you wish to proceed and try out the candidate(s) introduced, you may feel free to use our staff dispatch service with Chez Vous remaining "in the middle" to start with. You can try out the candidate for as long or as little as you like, until you and the candidate are happy to proceed and form a private contract. Trying out the candidate(s) is optional, though strongly recommended. For intensive trials of at least a month, we may offer a special-priced solution package.

5. Employment Contract

Chez Vous will produce an Employment Contract to be signed by both the Employer (client) and Employee (staff). Upon starting work, Chez Vous will then “step-out” and a private contract will be effective.

6. Payment

The Consultancy Fee is payable to Chez Vous within 5 days of the starting date of employment. This Fee is equivalent to 15% of the first year’s annual expected salary of the domestic helper introduced by Chez Vous.

7. After-care

Within the first three months of the private contact, your HR consultant will provide advice and assistance should any issues arise.
