Q&A
How do you define “Full-time”?

Of course, this enables the helper to have a stable job with a stable salary, therefore provides a more consistent long-term solution for both parties. In some cases, we may allow a private contract to go ahead even with shorter working hours, if we are confident the position fits in with the lifestyle and targets of the both parties.
