We are a fusion of a "staffing" company and a "service" company, with expert knowledge in the HR, Housekeeping and Child-care domains. Our Staff
With diverse family types and domestic needs in the market, Chez Vous has a wide base of registered staff, ranging from licensed Japanese sitters in their 20s, to middle-aged Filipina domestic helpers, to veteran Japanese domestic staff.
All of our staff have undergone a rigorous multi-stage screening process, with their backgrounds scrutinized from a variety of angles under different scenarios. We employ staff who display: trustworthiness, lifestyle stability, professional aptitudes, relevant experience, enthusiasm and potential, communication skills and more. Our staff have a wide range of skills and characters, allowing us to match the right person for our clients. And you can feel assured that we only place candidates whom we are confident to introduce.
Human Resource Consultancy
As a domestic staffing service, the role of consultancy and matching is so important, simultaneously on the client-side and staff-side. Each home has their own set of needs, their own dynamics and frankly, people do not have the time to find and manage their own domestic staff. In parallel, each worker has their own lifestyle, expectations and targets. As such, Chez Vous invests greatly not only in staff recruitment, selection and training, but also in the management of staff. We make all placements, whether part-time or full-time, based on the belief that we may only enhance the lives of our clients if we are able to make our staff happy, through offering comfortable working conditions. Our consultants and coordinators have developed strong skills in understanding the needs of our clients and staff alike.
