Service Flow
Chez Vous understands our clients are busy people and we are committed to ensuring our Babysitting Service is as smooth and seamless as possible. Through our years of experience in serving busy people with high expectations, we have developed a systematic, customer-friendly ordering and service procedure:
1. First Contact
Call a Chez Vous coordinator to discuss your requirements and to find out how Chez Vous' Babysitting Service can work for you. Our toll-free number is 0120-699-100. Or, complete this on-line inquiry form and a Chez Vous coordinator will contact you with 24 hours (1 work day) to find out more about your requirements and answer questions you may have.
2. Complete Order Form
To begin the process of matching a suitable babysitter, your assigned coordinator will send you an email with details on completing our Babysitting Service Order Form. This form includes information about your children, which is necessary for us to ensure utmost safety in providing the service.
3. Return Order Form
Complete and return the Babysitting Service Order Form by fax (03-3402-6071) or email to your assigned coordinator.
4. Staff Matching
Based on the information you provided on the Babysitting Service Order Form and upon your consultation with a Chez Vous coordinator, we will assign a babysitter to take care of your child(ren). Factors considered in the staff matching include age and number of children, relevant child-care skills of the sitter, client requests, character-fit, schedule, location and other intangibles.
5. Service Provision
For regular users, a Chez Vous coordinator will accompany the babysitter to your home on the first service to ensure your requests are understood and answer any questions you may have.
※If you need a Regular Babysitter and the assigned babysitter does not meet your expectations, your coordinator will work to re-align her work with your requests - or re-match a different babysitter to work in your family.
6. Follow-up
For clients wishing to use a Regular Babysitter, after the first service we will speak with you to ensure you are satisfied with the work of our babysitter. The first few services will be considered a “trial” to ensure a good match between our babysitter, the parents and the child(ren).
7. Regular Service
If you are happy with your assigned babysitter and wish to use on a regular basis, the service will continue as per the pre-arranged schedule.
8. Ongoing Coordination, Consulting and Quality Control
Your coordinator will always be just a phone call or email away should you encounter any issues with your babysitter or the overall service – or should you have any other requests. Likewise, Chez Vous proactively undergoes service checks, training and periodic follow-ups with clients and babysitters to ensure things are running smoothly and a consistently high-quality of service is maintained.
